1.1. Eligibility and Account Creation

To access certain features of the Ticketase platform, such as event registration and ticket purchases, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep this information updated.

1.2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Ticketase immediately at support@ticketase.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or a breach of its security.

1.3. Verification

Ticketase reserves the right to require government-issued identification for certain age restricted events to ensure the integrity and security of the ticketing process. Providing inaccurate information may lead to the suspension or termination of your account and access to future events.

2.1. Agreement to Event Rules

By registering for events through Ticketase, you agree to comply with all future event-specific rules and restrictions set forth by the event organizer. This includes, but is not limited to, age restrictions, venue policies, parking policies and behavioural guidelines.

2.2. Purchase Finality and Processing

All ticket sales are final unless a specific refund policy is provided by the event organizer. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways. Ticketase does not store your credit card or other payment details.

2.3. Anti-Hoarding and Resale Policy

The use of bots, automated tools, or any form of bulk buying to purchase tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticketase may enforce per-user ticket limits to ensure fair access. Violations of this policy may result in the suspension of your account and the cancellation of tickets without a refund. Unauthorized resale of tickets is also prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer.

2.4. Ticket Legitimacy

Ticketase works to ensure the authenticity of all tickets sold on its platform. All tickets are issued by verified organizers and include unique QR, Serial Number or Barcodes for verification. Fraud prevention systems are in place to ensure ticket authenticity. You are encouraged to report any suspicious activity to support@ticketase.com.

3.1. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you post, submit, or transmit through the Ticketase platform. Your content must not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

3.2. License to Ticketase

By submitting content to the platform, you grant Ticketase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with its services.

3.3. Ticketase Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Ticketase platform, including but not limited to its logo, design, and proprietary technology, are and will remain the exclusive property of Ticketase. Unauthorized use of any of this intellectual property is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

4.1. "As Is" Basis

The Ticketase service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

4.2. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticketase is not liable for any loss, damage, or for any changes or cancellations to events. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any event organizer, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event-related information.

5.1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

5.2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through mutual negotiations between the parties within 30 days, failing which the dispute shall be settled by the competent courts within the jurisdiction.

Ticketase reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Ticketase service after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
