1.1. Organizer's Policy
Refunds are subject to and governed by the specific policy stated by the event organizer. Ticketase acts as a facilitator for refunds but does not guarantee them.
1.2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must submit a request through your Ticketase account. If a refund is approved by the organizer, it will be processed via your original payment method. All refunds are subject to a deduction of any gateway fees and service charges.
2. Event Cancellations and Rescheduling
2.1. Canceled Events
If an event is canceled, refunds will be processed according to the instructions provided by the event organizer.
2.2. Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, you may have the option to retain your ticket for the new date or request a refund, based on the organizer's policy.
